Vegan Norway does not store any user data off the device, or use any analytics services.
Location
When opening the Vegan Norway app for the first time your are asked to enable location.
Your location is never transmitted off your phone, and is used for the following features:
Show where you are located on the map, in real time.
Enable a button that lets you quickly navigate the map to your location.
Show the closest of our supported cities the first time you open the app.
Order the places in the search page by distance.
Show distance when clicking a place.
Google Maps
The Google Maps service we use collects the following data related to usage and issues with the map for internal use by Google:
Device metadata: OS version, name, model, brand, form factor
Maps SDK build and version information
Number of results returned
Stack traces and crash metrics
IP address
Maps SDK identifier
Map interaction events
